Mr. Tewodros (Teddy) Guday is Chief IT Specialist, Group Manager and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).

He earned a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Turku University Applied Science and master’s in Business administration from Laurea University Applied Science Finland. Tewodros spent years as a system manager and group leader.

He is responsible for IT Cloud transformation and cybersecurity, delivering secure technology solutions and services for more than 10 application developer teams. Mr. Tewodros has always been a big proponent of security.

He is overseeing new cloud technologies, processes and procedures within the company, helping to identify risks before and during deployment.
Currently he is working in Finnish Digital Agency as a Chief IT Specialist and Group Manager, with the responsibilities of digital transformation of cloud computing and leading digital workstation technology as a modern workplace environment.

Teddy also participates in several important non-profit foundation voluntary services. He is a co-founder and chairman of Ethiopian Information System Audit Association (EISAA).

He also advocates in digital education initiatives as he is a part of Digital Education Methodology in Ethiopia Reform Action (DEMERA).

Mr. Jay Jemal is a successful Sr. Technologist with more than 20 years of experience. His experience ranges from team leadership, overall technical architecture, and developing technical solutions against business, strategy and technical roadmaps. He has expertise in identifying, analyzing new initiatives and developing architecture models that translate business requirements into solution designs.

Mr. Jemal holds M.S. in Computer Science and B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Jemal is currently pursuing Doctor of Engineering in Cybersecurity track at Morgan State University - CAP Center – with research focusing on Blockchain for IoT security. His latest NSF-funded research projects include Blockchain for Data Provenance in Smart Home IoT Devices and Trustworthy Health and Wellness.
